Earn More With Payment Tiers

Our payment tiers allow you to earn a higher hourly rate based on the number of jobs you complete and your average rating in the past 28 days.

How does it work?

  • Once you have reached the requirements for a higher tier, you will see the hourly boost in the pay for eligible jobs that are claimable
  • It does not apply to jobs that you claimed BEFORE you reached the higher tier
  • Your 28 day job count and rating recalculate every day

For example (refer to table below):

  • Complete any 10 jobs in the Twin Cities region in the past 28 days - it could be 10 furniture assembly jobs, 10 cleaning jobs, or a mix - any and all services count.
  • If you achieve the requirements, then you will see that any claimable cleaning jobs in your app will be at the higher rate (+$2.00/hour).
  • If your 28 day job count falls below 10, then you will go back to seeing the regular rate with no extra incentive.

Other Commonly Asked Questions

  • What jobs count towards my completed jobs over the past 28 days? All jobs you complete in any region and for any service count toward your 28 day job count.
  • What jobs receive the tiered incentive? If you have met the tier criteria, you will see the tiered incentive factored into the base payment for all jobs in your “Claims” tab for the regions and services listed below. Not ALL jobs in a tiering region receive a tiered incentive - only eligible service / region combinations listed below. 
    • Does it apply to jobs I have already claimed? No - only for jobs you claim while on the higher tier.
  •  
  • What region am I in? To check your region, open your app, then go to More > View & Share Profile and you’ll be able to see your region right under your name.
  • Where is the incentive amount displayed in the app? The tier incentive pay is included in the pay you see on the Claim tab. It does not show up as extra pay highlighted in green.
  • Can I do Quests as well? Yes, you can earn extra from both Quests and Tiering incentives at the same time!
