In order to find out if your customer is vaccinated or not please reach out to them via the in-app chat. You’ll be able to reach them at least 24 hours before the booking start time.
If you’re uncomfortable working with a customer because of their vaccination status you can unassign yourself from the booking following these steps. If you incur a fee because you unassigned yourself from a booking please reach out using the blue chat icon in the bottom right, or email prosupport@angi.com and we will waive the fee.
