Sometimes, accidents happen. If you happen to break something during a job, the best course of action is to alert the customer when you're finished. You can text or call them through the Angi Services for Pros app, or just show them if they're home. Simply ask the customer to fill out a claim through the help center, which they can find in their own app or on the web.
