Committing to a job includes agreeing to arrive at the scheduled time, unless you agree to a new schedule with your customer. Accordingly, if you arrive late to a job without letting the customer know, either through the On My Way feature, in app chat, calling, or texting the customer, and the customer complains about being inconvenienced by the late arrival, you’ll be charged a $15 late arrival fee.
The fee is subject to change in different markets, including the UK.
