Damaged or lost item

Sometimes, accidents happen. If you’ve damaged or lost a customer’s item, the best course of action is to alert them if they’re home or through your Angi Services for Pros App when you’ve finished the job.

Direct the customer to file a claim through their app or on the web to report the damaged or missing item. You’d be subject to a $5/£5 Damaged or Lost Item Fee to help cover the costs of the claim.

This fee is part of Angi Services' Service Professional Agreement.
