Dispute a Rating

Customers are able to leave ratings after every completed service. They rate on a scale of 5 stars. We use these ratings to determine how well a job went and publish your overall rating on your pro profile as a reference for future customers.

We know there are sometimes instances where mistakes are made or ratings are unfair. If you believe you received a rating incorrectly or were rated unfairly please contact the Angi Services support team. We’ll investigate for you and let you know if a rating removal is possible.
