We recommend setting up your personal voicemail so that if you miss a call from a customer, they know they've reached the right person. Customers expect a professional-sounding message with your first name spoken clearly. Setting up voicemail varies by phone, but you can usually find instructions in the Settings app (on iOS) or in the Phone app (on Android).
