What if a customer asks me to bring a ladder?

If you’ve claimed a job where the job instructions indicate a ladder is required, or the customer contacts you directly to request that you bring a ladder, make sure to bring one. You’ll be eligible to receive an additional payment for doing so - just make sure to contact the Angi Services team to let us know.

In order to ensure you receive the appropriate ladder payment, you must reach out within 14 days of the booking.

Jobs booked through retail partners such as Lowe’s, Wayfair, Costco, and others are not eligible for additional ladder payments.

 

Please note that our insurance policy doesn’t include protection from injury due to ladders.
