What if a customer asks me to bring a ladder?

If you’ve claimed a job where the customer indicates a ladder is required, make sure to bring one. You’ll receive an additional payment for doing so, just make sure to contact the Angi Services team to let us know.

In order to ensure you receive the appropriate ladder payment, please be sure to reach out within 14 days of your booking.

Please note that our insurance policy doesn’t include protection from injury due to ladders.
